Twitter’s Swipe Feature Will Make it Easy to Find the Content You Want to See
Twitter is introducing a new navigation feature that will allow users to easily swipe between different views containing recommended and followed tweets, trends, topics, and more. This feature was announced by Elon Musk in a tweet, stating that it will be available in January.
New Twitter navigation coming in Jan that allows swiping to side to switch between recommended & followed tweets, trends, topics, etc.
Until then, tap stars icon on upper right of home screen to switch.

Currently, Twitter allows users to switch between a chronological timeline showing the latest tweets in order and the Home timeline, which displays recommended tweets, by tapping the stars icon in the upper right corner of the screen. However, the new feature will add extra views and make them more accessible through swiping. This is a convenient update for users as it allows them to quickly access different views without having to tap on icons.
While this new feature may be useful, it may take some time for users to get used to it as they may accidentally swap between different views while scrolling through their timelines. It is not yet clear when exactly the feature will be available for all users, but it adds to the list of new Twitter features that Elon Musk has unveiled this month, including view counts on tweets, “prioritized ranking” for Blue subscribers and square profile pictures for brands.
Overall, the new swiping feature on Twitter seems to be a useful addition for users as it allows them to easily access different views and find the content they want to see. However, it may take some time for users to get used to it and adjust to the new navigation system. It will be interesting to see how this feature is received by the Twitter community and how it may change the way users interact with the platform.
